Definitely something I'd suggest trying out on a second playthrough to spice things up, though test a mod out individually to make sure there's no issues like a missing file first, that way you won't need to trial and error a fix later by figuring out which mod of a dozen breaks the game.Ĭustom class mods are pretty much the only safe bets and are pretty much just plug and play, though if you're going to remove a mod make sure to unequip them first. I've used both enemy & item expansion mods by and large they work well on their own, though some of the larger ones will inadvertently take priority just due to the number of entities they add they also can make some intense combinations from pulling from multiple mods, both insanely challenging battle compositions, and overpowered gear combos. Some of the extra dungeon mods are outdated and no longer stable, and if you quit in this area you may not be able to load the save file anymore, found out the hard way. Can confirm that the limit is 100, subscribing to more won't show up on the list in game and trying to reposition mods at that point gets a bit janky.
